Welcome to TripKit. By accessing or using the TripKit web application (available at tripkit.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use TripKit.
TripKit is a collaborative group trip-planning tool. It allows users to manage itineraries, track shared expenses, maintain checklists, share locations, upload travel documents, communicate via group chat, and use AI-assisted planning features — all within a shared trip workspace.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TripKit. If you are located in the European Union or EEA, you must be at least 16 years old, or have verifiable parental consent, in accordance with GDPR Article 8. By using TripKit you represent that you meet these age requirements.
We do not knowingly permit children under the minimum age to use TripKit. If we become aware that an underage user has registered, we will delete their account.
You may register using an email address and password, or via Google OAuth ("Continue with Google"). You are responsible for:
One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent feature limitations or bans.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you submit to TripKit, including itinerary entries, expense records, chat messages, checklist items, and uploaded files ("User Content").
By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant TripKit a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the TripKit service to you and your trip group.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. We do not use your User Content for marketing or advertising without your separate, explicit consent.
TripKit allows you to upload travel documents, including identity documents such as passports. You are solely responsible for your decision to upload sensitive identity documents. Documents are stored securely and accessible only to authenticated members of your trip group. We strongly recommend you consider whether uploading identity documents is necessary for your trip planning needs.
All other content, software, design, and branding associated with TripKit (excluding User Content) remains the intellectual property of TripKit. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.
